Very quick response and repair, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain needed repairs on poorly installed current HVAC system.
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! From start to finish they've been professional, understanding, easy going and absolutely amazing. Very down to earth and genuinely care about their customers. Explaining things that they don't have to, but still take the time to do so. When Luke first came out to talk about possibly upgrading our system, he didn't immediately try to sell me on the next best thing. I had a pleasant experience dealing with Luke Loftis and his staff. I decided to have my unit repaired rather than replaced with a new one. It was going to be a week waiting for the new compressor and Luke brought a window air conditioner to help with the discomfort. That was beyond what I expected. He came a week later and did all the necessary work to get me connected with air. The cost was not inexpensive but certainly reasonable and worth every penny to have air conditioning again.
