I've used A1 Air for at least 4-5 times now on different occasions regarding mini split system for my tiny house and 2 ac units for our main house. Each time, they arrive when they say they will, give me an honest assessment of issues with mindset thinking of current and future state of units. So grateful to have a reliable company to turn to when it comes to our ac and heat needs! Thank you!!

Luke and his team were amazing! He was very informative on our 3 year old unit that froze up twice and what may be going on with it. He took every route before swapping out parts. He spent a good amount of time trying to replicate the unit freezing. He chose the cheapest route first (a thermostat that he let us borrow for a few days), and informed us of what to look and listen out for with our unit. He was right! It was just a faulty thermostat. I reached out to A1 air on a Thursday to inquire about having a mini split installed in our garage gym. They had me a quote later that day, ordered the unit, and were out to install it a couple days later! Luke and his crew showed up on time, took their time with the installation making sure it was done correctly, and left the place clean! The work is very neat and my garage is cool!
