I started to install a new thermostat yesterday and ran into a wiring problem. I called A1 this morning, and Luke answered my questions, gave me some simple guidance and I was able to finish installing my new smart thermostat. I was ready to pay for them to come out, but Luke said it wasn't necessary. This is customer service at its best, and A1 is who I am going to call for my furnace and A/C tune up.
Luke and his team came out and did a fantastic job on our system. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to give some extremely positive feedback on a local HVAC business… air went out last Friday evening.
