Luke and his team were amazing! He was very informative on our 3 year old unit that froze up twice and what may be going on with it. He took every route before swapping out parts. He spent a good amount of time trying to replicate the unit freezing. He chose the cheapest route first (a thermostat that he let us borrow for a few days), and informed us of what to look and listen out for with our unit. He was right! It was just a faulty thermostat. I reached out to A1 air on a Thursday to inquire about having a mini split installed in our garage gym. They had me a quote later that day, ordered the unit, and were out to install it a couple days later! Luke and his crew showed up on time, took their time with the installation making sure it was done correctly, and left the place clean! The work is very neat and my garage is cool! The work A1 has done is great and reliable. I have been using them for my bi-annual maintenance for my house and they show up when they say they will and address any possible issues. I recently had them install a mini split system in my garage along with insulation and not only was the job done the right way, my garage was cleaner than it was when I left it! These guys really make sure to take care of other people’s property while working on it. Best HVAC company hands down, they stand by their work.
