Arthur and his crew were excellent. The job was very difficult because of the age of our house. They were able to snake the necessary lines through our really old basement and put the outside units where we requested. We had 6 splits installed a year ago and love them. Arthur provided the information that we needed for MassSave and the refund came through without a hitch. They showed up on time, worked very professionally and cleaned up like they weren't even here. We are very happy and recommend this company highly.
This is the only company that went through the residential Heat Loss and Heat Gain Calculation to recommend the best heat pump equipment for my home. Came at 9am as promised. Diligently diagnosed problem and fixed it with no mess or damages He could have charged me $500 and asked for only $125. Now I have a/c again and the rest of my day to do whatever I want. Thanks Arthur
