A1 HVAC came highly recommended by a family member and I highly recommend Arthur and team to you. I no longer struggle with window A/C's, enjoy a very quiet mini split system for A/C and. heat. Most importantly...MY GAS BILL IS DOWN 21% from the same time last year !!! Customer service is excellent, my calls with questions, about operational features , were returned the same day. Overall, totally satisfied with quote process, install and follow up.
Arthur and his crew were excellent. The job was very difficult because of the age of our house. They were able to snake the necessary lines through our really old basement and put the outside units where we requested. We had 6 splits installed a year ago and love them. Arthur provided the information that we needed for MassSave and the refund came through without a hitch. They showed up on time, worked very professionally and cleaned up like they weren't even here. We are very happy and recommend this company highly.
This is the only company that went through the residential Heat Loss and Heat Gain Calculation to recommend the best heat pump equipment for my home. They installed every piece of equipment with minimal disruption to my home and to my schedule. They always showed up when they said they would and the job got done in a timely manner.
