A1 Affordable Hearing, LLC has really disappointed me. I had so much excitement to finally get my first pair of hearing aids after five years of hearing loss. I did lots of research, saw the amazing reviews this place had, and decided to go with them. In the time that I have worked with them: They took mold impressions in November and lied to me about their whereabouts until February, when the lying staff was fired and I was finally told THREE MONTHS LATER that they lost any record of the impressions ever being made. Awesome place to go get your ears checked. Ashley Reece was awesome in her own right. Wow the peace that was in the building felt gpod after working all day and have tp go to an ear appointment. Customer service is an 10+ wow Im telling all my friends and family about this place. May God keep on blessing you guyd and thinks again for all that you do for the community!
I started having trouble with my hearing about a year ago. Certain tones were becoming harder to hear. I made an appointment with Jay at Affordable Hearing and had a hearing test performed. I was amazed at how bad my hearing really was ! Jay ordered my hearing aids and they came in within a weeks time. WOW!! Now I can hear a pin drop. Jay is a great guy who only wants for people who have a problem hearing to hear again. He and his staff make sure you are taken well cared for. Satisfaction to his customers is his goal.
