I am not too sure what the previous reviews are referring to; however, I have used A1 numerous times and I have only had exceptional experiences with them. Edgar is always pleasant to work with. Joelle is always sweet and understanding on the phone. I highly recommend using them before judging them.

Many companies that use the old phone book trick of choosing a name that is alphabetically first are usually not the best. They rely on being on page one instead of being a quality business. Sadly, that seems to be the case here. While it wasn't a rude or unpleasant experience, it had scam vibes. They made a lot of unnecessary suggestions (our second-opinion contractor told us). Called A1 as I noticed my gutters were completely clogged. Edgar arrived on time, was extremely professional, inspected my gutters and quoted my a very reasonable rate. Performed the gutter cleaning that day, just in time for the downpours that came this weekend.
Absolutely horrible. Joelle (receptionist) and Edgar (technician) are truly the worst people to possibly work with. Completely rude and unprofessional. Backstory- we’re buying a house with chimney issues so we wanted an estimate to go back to the seller. Edgar showed up 45 minutes early and spoke to the homeowners instead of us. He did not look at ANYTHING and quoted them $2,000 to fix which the sellers took to their attorney before even speaking to us.
