James did an outstanding job in repairing my furnace. He started his assessment at the thermostat, inspected all parts of the furnace including the pvc exhaust pipe on the roof. He diagnosed the problem that previous technician's and installers had missed. Before leaving he thoroughly double checked his own work to be certain we would have no further issues. He was very knowledgable, professional and experienced . I would highly recommend him for your next project or repair .
I highly recommend James. He does a great job at explaining things and actually fixing the problem. He doesn’t make you spend money on unnecessary repairs. He also is fast at responding and very respectful. When he’s working it’s gets the job done and will tell you how he fixed it and why. Overall great person and does amazing work.
