I would leave 0 starts but is impossible. I just call to get information about a storage unit and they just answer with a *no* and the “gentleman” who answered the phone didn’t said his name or how can I help you, nothing, no customer service skills. And I’ve seen other reviews about bad experience’s with this company but I called anyways because I really need a storage unit in that zip code.
This manager is VERY RUDE , MEAN & HATEFUL PERSON, in the beginning he seem a nice person but IT'S VERY FAKE because he TURN ON, SHOW HIS TRUE COLOR WENT START GET KNOW HIM THAT'S ON THE REAL!!!!!! THAT PLACE HAVE RATS , IT VERY NASTY & DIRTY THAT'S ON THE REAL!!!! THAT DIRTY WOMAN THE OWER & THAT DIRTY MAN THE MANGER THE BOTH SCAMMERS THAT'S ON THE REAL!!!!
Guy never there, Been waiting and waiting. BTW This place is nasty and trashy.
