The Owner came out to do an estimate late. He was grumpy, he went into the crawl space to see where water might be entering the space. The buyer wanted us to have the area around the chimney checked out. When I told him we left a window open in the basement and had just closed it 2 days ago. He said if that were true there wouldn't be cobb webs. Calling a client a liar is not smart.. It’s a crawl space we weren't cleaning we were closing the window. Good response time and quality of work. They do not give official receipts, it's hand written. Also, they're not very good a communicating after getting the job done. I had asbestos testing and got the results but no one has reached back out to me about what my results really mean.
