The Owner came out to do an estimate late. He was grumpy, he went into the crawl space to see where water might be entering the space. The buyer wanted us to have the area around the chimney checked out. When I told him we left a window open in the basement and had just closed it 2 days ago. Good response time and quality of work. They do not give official receipts, it's hand written. Also, they're not very good a communicating after getting the job done. I had asbestos testing and got the results but no one has reached back out to me about what my results really mean.

Don't even waste your time calling them I called & was told someone would come out that day to give me an estimate I waited around then had to call them back just to be told someone would come the next day which they didn't now here we are a week later no one has even bothered to reach out to me very unprofessional my roof is damaged & my ceiling has a huge hole in it guess it's just no big deal to them I'll just take my business elsewhere
