I love A to Z Urgent Care. I go there to be seen often. The doctors and nurses are great. I saw Tamara today for a UTI. She was friendly, caring, had a great bedside manner, and knew exactly how to fight this sickness. I just took my first antibiotic. I can't think of ever experiencing a bad visit at A to Z. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
Thanks to Dr. Herring and his staff. I went in due to difficulties w inabilities to clear chest congestion. The staff was very helpful and worked to ensure I was feeling more comfortable. Dr. Herring spent time gathering information through questioning, considered options, and got me the meds I needed in order to be back on the mend. They helped me but I was waiting for the doctor for 35 minutes
Brought my husband in after a fall down the steps and worried he may have broken his foot. I absolutely love this place due to the fact it’s a quick visit, no long wait times ect. The other reason we will come back (hopefully not ) is the level of service along with the happy and empathetic personalities of Tamara, Renee and Cara! Terrible!!! Traveling from Ohio with an 8 month old who cried majority of the drive and decided we needed to rule out an ear infection and figured any urgent care could do that. Not only was the first question I asked when we arrived if they take babies as young as mine and the answer was yes, Sean (????, maybe the dr/np's name, couldn't hear a word he said) said ears looked fine but would recommend holding solids for 24 hours as he felt her stomach was tight (she was screaming bc of the UNDIAGNOSED EAR INFECTION) could poss... read more
