Rich came today. My kitchen drains were clogged. He explained the price and what he suggested should be done. He unclogged the drain by putting a snake thru. He explained every step of the way. He cleaned up everything and tested the drain. He was not in a hurry and checked under the sink to make sure everything was perfect. He was very professional.
Joe did an outstanding job! He explained options for an outside leak repair, cleared the clogged drain in my utility sink, and completed both jobs quickly while my dog barked obnoxiously at him. Thank you!
