My husband gave them a call this morning and they said they would have someone out to look at our garage door within the hour. My husband works nights and usually sleeps during the day so it was pretty annoying that he waited up for several hours. Then when he called them to figure out why they never showed up their answer was "I don't know." Definitely will never call these people ever again.
