Been in there for 3 weeks straight to get a very simple part. First, they cant look it up off the engine numbers i give them. Go back a week later with the part in my hand, and they tell me to come back next week and they'll have it. Go in today, and having the part in their hand isnt good enough now, because they need the engine numbers...

Went to buy ball joints. Gave the sales guy the part number and handed the old one. He stated they make a couple different ones as he headed to the back. Found out that he sold me the wrong ones. Part number on the bag is 10-11031 which is aftermarket for 723-3018. I told the sales guy when I came in that I needed 723-0448. Now I'm out $14.49 because I will not make another 30min one way trip to exchange them.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They fixed my riding lawnmower and I was especially happy they were able to pick it up and drop it off from my house. Nice inventory and will be going back to buy new equipment when needed.
