So my 2-year-old, 60-pound psycho dog that still behaves as if she's 6 months old decided to sprint and make a mad dash toward the sliding glass door leading to the outside patio. Problem was the door wasn't opened. Avoid at all cost, unless you like your time WASTED. I had an appointment with a 2 hour window, halfway through the window they contacted me & said the job he was on was running longer than expected & asked me to reschedule. No problem, I rescheduled for their first appointment the next day (8an-10am). It is now 11 am & they have not arrived, nor have they even bothered to contact me.
