I contacted a carpet cleaning service because our older puppy has recently had some incontinence issues, and we needed help with pet urine spots in the carpet. Setting up the carpet cleaning by text was quick and easy. The representative was friendly, answered all of my questions, and got us on the schedule fast. When Evan arrived, he was professional, courteous, and took time to explain the carpet cleaning process and what to expect. After the cleaning, the carpet looked much better and the obvious stains were removed. Ev... read more
I was in a real pinch and needed the apartment carpet cleaned quickly before new renters could move in. A-Z Green Carpet Cleaning was able to get me scheduled in less than a week, which was a huge help. evan already had a full day of carpet cleaning appointments but still found an opening around 1:30 and made it work. He stayed until after 6 pm to finish the job right and then still had more work ahead of him. That kind of effort, reliability, and strong work ethic really stood out to me. The carpeting looked fresh, clean, a... read more
I do not agree with the one-star reviews for A-Z Green Carpet Cleaning because the service was excellent. After seeing those results, I booked a residential carpet cleaning for my home as well. Other quotes had warned that s... read more

They were friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced with rug and carpet care. They took time to explain proper fabric care, common mistakes people make with store bought soaps and cleaning chemicals, and why the right carpet cleaning method matters for different materials. The whole service was fast and efficient, taking about 30 minutes, and they used ve... read more
todd and A-Z Green Carpet Cleaning are definitely my go to team for carpet cleaning, water extraction, stain treatment, and flooring work. i have used their service many times for my home and rental properties, and they have always been reliable, easy to schedule, and very thorough. They even handled a tough flea issue for me with a deep high-heat carpet cleaning process, and the carpets came out fresh, clean, and fully restored. They also installed new carpet and vinyl flooring in several properties, and the workmanship loo... read more
