I stopped in here after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. I was having problems with my power liftgate and needed someone to figure out what was going on. The owner greeted me and was so helpful and friendly. I left my car at 9am and was told I could expect to hear something by noon. Surprisingly, I received a call by 11am. Amazing shop and honest prices! After getting quoted from a franchise shop for a repair of over $3,000 I called this shop from another honest mechanic and their quote was less that half the price of the franchise shop! They also had the repair done in the same day, I would recommend everyone in and around Houston! A–Z Diagnostic Total Car Care took wonderful care of my vehicle today. I came in for an oil change and was greeted by a very friendly staff who made the experience comfortable from start to finish. While I waited, they offered beverages and even shared a brief history behind the impressive Hot Wheels car collection displayed in the office lobby, which was a nice personal touch.
