Our skid loader went down on a job site. They came out and got our unit running the same day!! They saved us from not completing the job. We are very happy with the service. I would highly recommend them for all your needs! They did a really good job and even diagnosed an issue we were having for a long time. They got it fixed as well. Save yourself the headache and call them for all your needs!

Called the dealer for repairs and was told they are 2 weeks out. How am I supposed to run my business without my forklift? Called Certified and a technician was out there the same day even better within 1 hour like how??? I am completely blown away with the service. I know exactly who to call to get my forklift repaired. Curtis the tech knew exactly what was wrong with it within 10 minutes of looking at my unit. Got the invoice and pricing is cheaper than the dealer. I know who to call now!!
