I took my car in to fix a known issue with my Subaru, my horn wasn’t working and the steering wheel controls had stopped functioning. Recently my horn started to beep everytime I turned a corner. I had previously been quoted $1,500 for a brand new steering column or $750 for a second-hand replacement by multiple mechanics.
