In a word, Honesty. They have never ever tried to cheat me. They really know their stuff and tell you like it is, not how much they can squeeze out of your wallet. Always busy, better to call B 4 you arrive, this the car parts your car needs will be waiting for you when you arrive. Easy on your wallet, they are lower than most when compared to the hourly rate.
