We recently stayed at this cute BnB for the second time. The location is excellent: walking distance to the Riverwalk, in the historic King William neighborhood with local pubs and restaurants nearby, and just a short ride from the Pearl. The outside is charming and well-maintained. I would rate it five stars, but the rooms are feeling a little need for TLC since our last stay a few years ago. It still felt clean, and we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again, and I recommend it, just not a 5-star stay.
Room was great! Needed more hand towels. Tub/shower had no non slip in bottom of tub. Grab bars would be nice. Advertising said B&B but no breakfast! Dogs jumped on us. Should not be allowed around guest!
