Have to continuously call for refills. Lady who answers the phone is a witch. Ive been calling for three weeks now to get my tanks filled. One excuse after another and it still isnt filled after four phone calls They are supposed to regularly top it off and have let it run out. STAY AWAY. If there was no stars I would do check that. As it is I have no choice but to give them a one

When you call to have a tank picked, they decided not to allow you to move the tank and instead , they do not refund any part of the yearly, they refund less than what you paid for the propane in the tank and short the volume. Pay of 75% instead of almost 80%.When they send the payment they send to wrong address on record and don't even give a breakdown, then refuse to answer the ********** **************************** and require you to pay to have them looked into further by Attorney General etc.

A-X Propane......very poor running company.we used them for over 20 years.never had a problem with them until recently . took almost 2 weeks for a delivery we had to call almost every day to see if we were on their delivery list for that day. they kept saying no it will be tomorrow......they kept doing this to us .and when i asked to speak to their manager he was never around. very poor customer service... they even told me once they only had one truck, now they only have one driver...bye bye A X

AX doesn’t provide a regularly scheduled route to top-off, so you have to keep tabs on your gas level and give them a week to make a trip to fill your tank. Their price is not the best. They refused to arrange for delivery by a third party in a timely manner when their trucks were in repair. I do not recommend them, customer service is a low priority.
