I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing salon experiences I’ve had. I came in with clear reference photos for a modern, loose perm. Instead, I walked out with something that looked outdated and nothing like the style I requested. It felt like the stylist relied on older techniques instead of listening to what I actually wanted. Finding a new hairstylist can be difficult and stressful, but Thankfully to his great reviews I found Art and he is phenomenally great! His salon is clean and quiet. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze. His personalized attention is unparalleled. So blessed and happy to have found my new hair salon.
