Who in their right mind goes in and out of a customer's house several times in their work boots on a rainy wet day. I cant believe they walked through the carpeted hall and up the carpeted stairs. They arrived later than expected. And to top it all, left the side gate open so my dog got out on the road. Fuming.
Worst ever customer service received from the owner of the business - Andrew W.. Very rude and have no respect. Avoid this company as is shocking. The engineer came over my house did the annual check in less than 10 minutes! Absolutely rubish. Never ever again.
Engineer service ok, but one customer service operators were so rude and unhelpful. Wooten really need to find out who he is and sack him. He really is a liability to the company spoiling their good reputation. Would be good of there was a complaints department where one could get some answers, satisfaction or apology.
Absolutely shocking customer service at the office. The rudest man my family and I have ever spoken to - he actually made my mother cry !!! It was an urgent call out - I received a text that an engineer was on his way to my home. I called the office to explain, once again, that I was away. I told said member of staff I was away and my parents could be at the property in 15 minutes, but this wasn’t good enough for him and he was extremely rude and said the engineer wouldn’t wait! Jack and Harry came out to install our new boiler yesterday. They were here just before 9am and worked solidly until they left just after 5pm. They were both very friendly and courteous and were constantly keeping us informed of what they were doing. They carried out the work very neatly and left the room immaculate. When they had finished they made sure exactly how to operate it and left us very happy with the result. We highly recommend them and would like to thank them for doing a sturdy job.
