The only reason why I'm doing 1 star is because I cannot do 0 stars. So Dr. Villarosa has been my doctor since 2015 he is WONDERFUL !!!!! He delivered my 3 boys. However, the staff wow simply wow you need to replace that new girl and bring Gina back. Emily was rude didn't care and wow Jennifer could not even acknowledge me???? Dr. Villarosa is a true hero in my life. When I was turned away by so many because my case was "too complicated" he never once turned his back on me!! He has always helped me and took my life into consideration! He has done multiple surgeries that have drastically improved my quality of life when nobody else cared what happened to me! If you need a doctor who really prides himself in helping women and appreciate someone who is very blunt and honest, even when you don't want to hear it, he is your guy!!! I’m switching doctors and I will never go here again. The staff was rude when you walked in they didn’t greet you they didn’t smile at you nothing, they just stare at you as you walk in the door. The wait time was over three hours long. The ultrasound tech didn’t talk she didn’t greet me all she asked was my name to make sure she had the right patient then I waited for another 20 minutes before the doctor could come in. My children were with me and my nine and three-year-old and they were very well behaved for a three hour w... read more
Waited over 2hrs past appt time which they said was normal they should be embarrassed
