I had an appointment with Dianne Grace E. Alcala about 7 months ago. It was my first appointment with her, and she rushed me through the initial visit. Which was a pap smear and I had questions about pain during intimacy. I had also asked her to check my hormone levels, because I could tell my personality was off. I also had some other physical issues that showed symptoms of perimenopause. She dismissed me. Told me she would not check my hormone levels and that everything was fine with me. Dr G is extremely caring and respectful. Her PA is wonderful as well. I've been going to her fir the last 4 yrs, a transplant from Queens and glad I found her.

The doctor was very rude. I was scowled for not bringing blood work paperwork, and for coming in for a pipel at the wrong time meanwhile they gave me an appointment for that day, not my fault but whoever scheduled me. I use a cane and need assistance to get off the examination table and comments were made about my weight. They talk about the patients behind their back. I personally will NEVER go back. No one should be treated differently and made felt bad. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.
