I have been a patient here for years, and why I didn’t leave sooner, I will never understand but needless to say- I will NEVER be returning. After years of complaining of symptoms, including that of awful periods, cramping, pain, headaches, fatigue, I was told to “power through it” and at one point expressed depression and was told that “every family has depression”. I had an appointment with Dianne Grace E. Alcala about 7 months ago. It was my first appointment with her, and she rushed me through the initial visit. Which was a pap smear and I had questions about pain during intimacy. I had also asked her to check my hormone levels, because I could tell my personality was off. I also had some other physical issues that showed symptoms of perimenopause. She dismissed me. Told me she would not check my hormone levels and that everything was fine with me. Dr G is extremely caring and respectful. Her PA is wonderful as well. I've been going to her fir the last 4 yrs, a transplant from Queens and glad I found her.
