It was such a pleasure to come home to such a sparkling clean home. Kudos to Christina and Camila for doing such a great job.
Never again. I was paying for helpful, not stressful. They changed the time we agreed to meet, which was disruptive to my work day but I rolled with it; then the clean I came home to was surface level at best -- it didn't even smell like detergents had been used. There were still food marks on the cabinets and floors, soap scum in the shower, dust on the baseboards and on top of the fridge, etc etc. I protested and got a customer service performance that raised my hopes.
