Horrible. Horrible place. I went in there for an appointment and the receptionist wouldn't even let me speak in order to explaina situation. In addition to that, she chuckled at me in a condescending manner. How dare someone be so cold and rude in an office that helps women with such private situations. If you're looking for a warm and inviting office for your personal doctor, this isn't the place. I wish I would have heeded the other bad reviews on here.
Fabulous! I had been having difficulty maintaining a pregnancy and had an awful experience at another practice here in town. I switched to Dr. Hayes' office and they were fabulous! They were so caring and compassionate as our journey progressed! I couldn't have asked for better care!
Great Doctor I had a very good experience with Dr. Karen Hays. She found a very small lump that turned out to be thyroid cancer. I have had other doctors examine the lump pre sergery and they were impressed that Dr. hays was able to detect it. The wait can be long at times and it can be difficult to get an appointment, but I think it is worth the wait for a very comprehensive exam. Dr. Hays bedside manner in this very stressful time was compassionate, and understanding.
Utterly Unprofessional Unprofessional practice. Simply being a private practice should not excuse the lack of respect when dealing merely with the receptionist. The staff was short with me after asking a very reasonable request/question. Additionally, the website boasts of Christian and whole person ethics... all of which I found completely lacking after merely walking through the front door. Horrible! They made me wait over an hour in the room and I could hear the girls laughing and chatting about life outside the door. Very unprofessional!
LOVE A Woman's Place of Fort Collins I have had four babies delivered by A Womans Place of Fort Collins and have been very, very happy with Dr. Hayes. She is an amazing physician, non-invasive unless needed and a very calming and peaceful presence in what could be a crazy delivery. I have recommended her care to over a dozen women, who have all been grateful to find an OB/GYN that has incredible integrity along with extremely current medical knowledge and application. Truly a gem!
I had good service! When I was pregnant with my first and scared to death they comforted me. I liked the service I go because they all were always honest with me and when concerns came up with talked through all options. I do understand that there can be a wait from time to time but I never had to wait 3 hours.. My longest wait time was 30 mins when I was there and they had several appointments ahead of me and the office was very busy at that time. During delivery I got great care and guidence. MORALLY BANKRUPT DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I waited naked in the room for 45 minutes. When I left, they were shocked. The charged me for the office visit which as non-existant. I should have known when on the first meeting the Dr. was doing electrical work in the waiting room that I had the wrong place. Now they have opened a spa so if they cannot get you in the medical practice they can take advantage of you in the spa. WOW...Ethically and Morally Bankrupt. I am taking my complaint to the medical board.
Worst place ever....ladies be forewarned DO NOT come here! This is the worst service i have ever received by any ob/gyn in my entire life. They made me wait and wait and wait in the office naked for 3 hours without any communication so I left. They also charged for services on that day that I never even had done. Service is horrible and this has happened to everyone I know who went there. That's why we stopped going.
