I would give zero stars but it doesn’t let me. If you are interested in getting severely neglected, then use this practice! I’ve been ignored on multiple occasions. And the front desk is exceptionally moody and hate their jobs. Nobody there can care less about you! As in fact I ended up in the ER because they refused to see me during an emergency. Terrible staff and dismissive drs.
Dr Singh is absolutely awful! Disgusting bedside manner and very uncompassionate. Extremely haughty and rude. Have a personal experience that was a disaster. This is second the horror story that I had with this place. This practice is getting worse and worse. DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE!
docters are fine but something wrong with their phones, impossible to get through always busy, no ringtone. they told me in the past to try the other locations but all 3 locations have the same messed up phone service.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! The doctors may be very good, but the office staff does not know how to deal with anything you ask them other than a routine appointment. Dealing with the DMV is easy compared to talking to them.The lack of professionalism, communication, and humanity of the office staff is simply mind-boggling, and I always hang up from a phone call or leave the office more confused than when I started.
