Dr Singh is absolutely awful! Disgusting bedside manner and very uncompassionate. Extremely haughty and rude. Have a personal experience that was a disaster. This is second the horror story that I had with this place. This practice is getting worse and worse. DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE!
docters are fine but something wrong with their phones, impossible to get through always busy, no ringtone. they told me in the past to try the other locations but all 3 locations have the same messed up phone service.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! The doctors may be very good, but the office staff does not know how to deal with anything you ask them other than a routine appointment. Dealing with the DMV is easy compared to talking to them.The lack of professionalism, communication, and humanity of the office staff is simply mind-boggling, and I always hang up from a phone call or leave the office more confused than when I started. Great experience with secretaries specific Nicole who's always pleasant and Jen who went above and beyond. In general everyone there is nice and kind even though its a busy place. Dr Sweeny was so well versed and compassionate. Dr. Cruz is calm and skilled.
