They called me this morning to cancel my appointment AN HOUR BEFORE MY APPT due to “nonpayment” or prior services. 1st, my insurance as covered all my visits, it is their incompetent billing coordinator who input the wrong code for my visit. 2nd, refusal of health services for a high risk medical visit due to non payment?????? When I confronted them with this they said “oh and also the dr is out sick” smh
I had a great experience with Dr. Singh—she is kind, caring, and very responsive to questions the RN. Jessica is also helpful and phlebotomist. However, I’m giving three stars because the rest of the staff, including the office manager, have been difficult to deal with. There’s a noticeable attitude issue, and it’s nearly impossible to get through to anyone. Just don’t .. not this location or the others.
Very challenging to get in touch with, I’ve been going to this office for years now. I love my doctor she’s great, and at the same time the function of the office is fragmented.
