All of the doctors & midwives are very nice. The office staff aren’t the greatest. It takes a long time to get someone on the phone. I’ve called 28 times once and never got through. I called all 3 locations about my disability paperwork that needed to be done before a certain date and was told the girl that does it is on vacation and jessica can do it, it’s been over a week and a half and it’s still not done and now my claim is delayed. Very inconsiderate of them.
docters are fine but something wrong with their phones, impossible to get through always busy, no ringtone. they told me in the past to try the other locations but all 3 locations have the same messed up phone service.
I had a scheduled yearly and advised when I scheduled this appt that my IUD expired and I am need of a new one. I was told they do not do yearly with insertion of an IUD! I called my insurance that I pay a lot of money for and they told me that, that is unacceptable and they do pay! Unfortunately I learned it is an office policy which is wild ….. anyway two weeks later I’ve heard nothing on my IUD approval! Not a dam thing! Great experience with all staff, midwives, and doctors during the pregnancy with and birth of my son! Also so convenient that they have bloodwork on site. Highly recommend
