I would give this practice 10+⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. Dr. Holly Miller & staff (Tonya, Jennifer, & Lacey to name a few) are incredible human beings. What separates this practice from the rest is how they treat their patients. My experience with this office has been nothing short of positive. Dr. Miller & her staff are intentional, attentive, caring, and professional; they are proud of the care they provide and they genuinely care about every person who walks thru their doors. I have been with Dr. Parker for over 5 years. I went for a concern today and at check out i asked that the claim go thru ins. first and id pay the remainder (as i have always done). The lady at check out said it was fine. 30 minutes later, i received a call (voicemail) from Jessica who stated she "overheard" that i didn't want to pay the co-pay and that i needed to pay prior to the appt. the next day or I wouldn't be seen. My Dr. in Indiana requested my records almost 4 weeks ago and still have not recieved them from A Women’s Place. I am having some serious issues with bleeding, etc. it is ridiculous for them to take this long. I could have driven down there myself and gotten them by now. Good thing my issues aren’t life threatening! Seriously ?!?!?
need for some new staff...can't admit when they are wrong and make up lies..they have dropped me from the practice(after 15 yrs of going there) accusing me of threats...which i did NOT do or have ever done..they don't return phone calls and the office manager is terrrible. Instead of having the DR call me and talk over issues...they send a certified letter dropping me..Terrible business practices
