First off this place is in a very odd and sketchy location behind a tire shop on a dead end road. Only 2 of the 5 or 6 lady's that were there were actually polite. I was already having anxiety about my decision before my visit and the environment just felt very uneasy when I walked in. At one point I was tearing up and the doctor doing the ultrasound didn't even ask if I was okay or try to console. The staff is all really amazing at this Greensboro location, but the lab lady Ms.London is an absolute refreshing soul. Definitely lifted me up just by being herself, she’s a bright light at this location for sure! I also have such a fear of needles but she did an amazing job I was so impressed. Giving her, her much deserved flowers! People who naturally make you comfortable and uplifted like that shouldn’t go unnoticed.

Dr Busby was so nice & all of the women in here today made my experience amazing. I thank you all for being supportive during a time like this.
The staff at this clinic went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I have a huge fear of needles and the staff did everything in their power to help me calm down. The process did not take long and I was given opportunities to change my mind and ask questions as much as I needed. This staff and the volunteers are amazing, they really helped make this experience as easy as possible. Also, shoutout to Danielle and Alicia - they are super comforting and sweet. Thank you!!!
