This dentist is fantastic! Dr. S.'s bedside manner cannot be any better as he explains everything in detail as he's working on you. My wife and I have been patients for 15 years and are very pleased. The staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful in every way. My hygienist Elle is great and does a fantastic job (quite gentle too!!) Sad to say this is run more like a corporate business than a medical practice. I was overcharged, and only discovered it through a statement from my insurance provider. When i called to ask about it, I was told 'I see that too! You have a credit!" When I said I wanted my money back, I was told that will take 4-6 weeks!! When i asked why, I was told because that comes from our finance department! Within 5 minutes, I received a call from them asking if I wanted any schedule any service! Come on, really??
