Great communication and professionalism~~!! Leon was kind enough to accommodate window cleaning prior to my guests arriving from Charleston. He not only cleans the glass thoroughly on both sides, but also washes the window tracks and screens! Dealing with an actual 'owner', with personalized service, is so vastly different from the rote style of alleged 'service companies'~~ He also identified three 'blown' seal windows, so we could notify the HOA appropriately.
