Not impressive Perhaps if you have enough business, it doesn't matter how you treat customers. I would imagine it eventually catches up with you though. That is the case here. I was trying to get my wifes sewing machine repaired. This is one of their advertised services. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was somehat rude, but I gave it a chance anyway.
