I am a bit slow in getting this review up. I had my basement fixed January 2025 after that huge rainfall at the end of December 2024. The previous owner disclosed a leak in the basement and boy he was not kidding. I called A Wet Basement Guy and met Ed. He explained exactly what they would be doing to water proof the basement and prevent future leaks. He answered all my stupid questions (with limited eye rolling lol). Called him on a Friday night, returned my call promptly after hours. I required immediate assistance for a leak coming through a main light in the basement floor. He advised me the leak was probably from a lose drain seal and provided me further information and assistance. I appreciate him helping me over the phone and solving the problem with the lack of information i could provide.
