My experience with Peters & Presley was extremely disappointing. I hired the firm to represent me in an important family-related court matter, but I did not feel properly prepared or adequately represented. WARNING I was represented by Armando Pitters in 2022 for an injury at work. He was a great attorney and got me what I asked for, HOWEVER, when it came time to cut my check, it was short by more than $700. When I asked if there were any extra fees, I was told I was a terrible client and he worked hard for me and SO MUCH MORE. Something simple turned into a barrage of insults and unprofessionalism. I am currently reporting this law office to the Alabama state bar. I highly suggest staying away from Mr. Pressley. We hired him and paid him but there is no progress with my brothers case. I would encourage others to report this firm to the Alabama state bar because it seems like they are taking advantage of many people.
