I have been seeing Sanndra for almost 2 years and she has helped me tremendously. I have found her to be wise, compassionate and frank. She has taught me to use proven, scientifically backed methods to diffuse my anxiety and trauma reactions. She has shown me ways to ask for what I need in a healthy manner. I was an emotional, self-medicating mess and with her help, I am much much healthier.

I have seen Sanndra a couple different times. She helped me successfully manage my PTSD and has also helped my husband and I through a very difficult time. Sanndra is honest and sometimes tells you what you don’t want to hear. I understand that some people may not like this, but I believe a good therapist has to tell you what you don’t want to hear. Was not aligned to treat LGBTQIA2S+ or BIPOC. Ablist toward neurodivergentcies. Critical/shaming, while avoiding actually deep topics. Insensitive toward trauma and tends to push to the point of retrumatization regardless of clientele's obvious signs of overwhelm. Tended to come to sessions unprepared, disorganized and often forgetting major details of previous sessions.
