Been several months I told them originally it was the x-ray target problem. I sent them photos of the problem, They insisted it was the chemicals. I changed the chemicals twice. Ron changed the chemical once. I then changed the chemicals a fifth time, with their recommended chemicals same problem. Called today, after 3 weeks of not being able to use my X-ray machine, They again asked for photos and then told me it was the chemicals. They are incompetent and unable to solve the problem.
