We are just thrilled with our hardwoods in our living room and study installed by A WALK OF ELEGANCE, Leeper Parkway in Lenoir City, Tennessee. The personal attention we received was outstanding; understanding our wishes, giving excellent suggestions and understanding our budget. The project was completed in a timely manner by competent and friendly installers. Any question was addressed promptly with the foremost goal of COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! 5 STAR RATING!!
I'd recommend other people with actual flooring experience. If it's subs or in house people they don't know flooring. Humps in rooms and gaps. Been fighting for 3 yrs to get fixed. Looks like next step small claims court.

I contacted them back in February about what was a smaller less lucrative project. The designer came to my house, took measurements assuring me my job was as important as a bigger one. She never followed up with a quote even after I reached out to her twice. I am now in the process of having hardwood put down in two rooms. I like to shop local, but did not contact them, since they blew me off on the first job.
