We are just thrilled with our hardwoods in our living room and study installed by A WALK OF ELEGANCE, Leeper Parkway in Lenoir City, Tennessee. The personal attention we received was outstanding; understanding our wishes, giving excellent suggestions and understanding our budget. I'd recommend other people with actual flooring experience. If it's subs or in house people they don't know flooring. Humps in rooms and gaps. Been fighting for 3 yrs to get fixed. Looks like next step small claims court.

I contacted them back in February about what was a smaller less lucrative project. The designer came to my house, took measurements assuring me my job was as important as a bigger one. She never followed up with a quote even after I reached out to her twice. I am now in the process of having hardwood put down in two rooms. I like to shop local, but did not contact them, since they blew me off on the first job.
