I can't tell you how many times I have come to this office and the doctor is not here. Why even have hours of operation if you aren't going to follow them? I came the other day at 11am only to find out the doctor wouldn't be there until 1pm. I called today and was told that the doctor would be there at 3.. I came at exactly 3pm only to find out the doctor wasn't going to be there at all after I was told that I could come in for 3pm. I went to A Walk In Medical Center late this past Sunday and was relieved to see they were open. Most walk ins were closed. Dr. Stuart Calle was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really listen and explain his assessment, which made the visit feel unrushed and reassuring. I was also impressed with how attentive and thorough the receptionist was upon my arrival. Excellent care when I needed it most. I highly recommend and will revisit when needed. Best, Maggie D.
Tried to get care this evening to be greeted by a locked door. Website stated open til 10p. Called the phone number thinking maybe because it was 815p they locked the door for safety reason and needed to call to be let in or something. Meanwhile another couple came to get care as well. Person that answers the phone says "yea provider left to handle some business not sure if they will be back i can take your name and number and if he comes back we will call you". I started feeling symptoms late last night that worsened over night and because I don’t have insurance I was trying to take medicine at home but nothing was working. I called this urgent care and spoke with a provider who asked me some questions and then instructed me to come and be seen. I am very grateful for this provider. I walked in filled out the paperwork, he examined me and wrote me a prescription for Amoxicillin and gave me a work note. All within 15 minutes of me getting there.
