I can't tell you how many times I have come to this office and the doctor is not here. Why even have hours of operation if you aren't going to follow them? I came the other day at 11am only to find out the doctor wouldn't be there until 1pm. I called today and was told that the doctor would be there at 3.. I came at exactly 3pm only to find out the doctor wasn't going to be there at all after I was told that I could come in for 3pm. Like other reviews have stated, the doctor is rude and lacks any sort of compassion. He acted annoyed and impatient with my 8 year old son throughout the process, sprayed menthol in his eye, and was upset when of course my son started crying as a result. I’ve seen him reply to reviews on yelp saying people are trying to hurt the business, but any review site you check there are multiple reviews with similar stories about him. Don’t bring your kids here.
Tried to get care this evening to be greeted by a locked door. Website stated open til 10p. Called the phone number thinking maybe because it was 815p they locked the door for safety reason and needed to call to be let in or something. Meanwhile another couple came to get care as well. Person that answers the phone says "yea provider left to handle some business not sure if they will be back i can take your name and number and if he comes back we will call you". No wonder this place only has 3 stars which is generous as far ... read more
