Bad customer service employees are rude witnesses a customer being yelled at for something he was falsely accusing of.
Horrible experience buying from this place. They cheated on the amount of turf we brought and when we went back to tell them it didn't show any concern. No apology no care and they didn't had the same I brought. Tell me to go back the next day. Bad business.
I bought sod twice and both times excellent quality. Straight forward and good customer service.
Friendly service, always fresh.
