Called to confirm they had a specific grass sod in stock and price. Said they had it. I get over there and they say I didn't call them, they have no such sod. Maybe get some next week. I had the call with conversation time on my phone. My local nursery referred me, otherwise I would know nothing about them and would not have called them.
