Stuff missing from order.Terrible service and waited like 20 minutes for nothing
I realized I was missing my burger within a few minutes of driving away, and when I came back and spoke to the person at the drive thru about not receiving it they were extremely rude. They first told me that I didn’t order a burger even though it was clearly on my receipt. Once they realized I was correct, they didn’t apologize and they continued to tell me that they did pack my burger even though it wasn’t in my bag. Amazing food , service , and atmosphere! Autumn the general manger and her super friendly and efficient team provide an excellent experience . I would highly recommend stopping by and trying their delicious chicken sandwich or a quick sweet treat , like a polar swirl or their all time classic root beer float
