Can't say enough great things about Robert and his company! He came out quickly and worked hard to solve our issue and install our new water heater. Super friendly and great service all around!
In terms of having my backflow prevention assembly tested for the city, A & W is not the ideal. I had to find another company to perform the test and inspection despite them providing service to my portfolio for years because they are too difficult to reach. I have called and emailed for weeks with no answer or reply, and am not left the option to leave a voicemail. Winter storm Elliott busted pipe - Robert did an emergency, after hours call and was able to find and fix our busted pipe in no time! We are so thankful for his skill and willingness to help us! If you have an issue, he’s the guy to call.
This ANGEL came out on our absolutely freezing Christmas Eve to fix a busted pipe. So professional, so kind, so honest. I can’t recommend Robert more wholeheartedly!
