Called Thursday said they would be out Friday. Never showed. Called Monday morning to figure out what happened and said they would call me right back. Never called. Called today(Tuesday) and said tech would be right out. Never happened. Called to let them know I found another company who said they would come out and did. Politely explained my frustration with having to call multiple times and she hung up on me. I have called for them to wire our new motor. They told me they will be out tomorrow if not the next day. It has been a week and now they are not returning my calls.
Had a two post lift installed and the two man crew did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable. I went to the business to purchase bumper guards for the lift and Dave gave them to me free! Great customer service. Can’t wait to get my 4 post installed.
