Very satisfied with this general contractor! They delivered excellent workmanship and managed my project professionally from start to finish. The team was reliable, punctual, and kept everything well-organized. Communication was clear, and the final result turned out exactly as planned. Highly recommended!
DO NOT RENT from this man. Anthony aka Tony is lazy, rude, sloppy, discriminatory, and unprofessional. He neglects his properties so much so I can't even imagine how many violations they must have. The first red flag is that he can hardly form a proper sentence in writing. Unfortunately, I ignored this and gave him the benefit of the doubt. He will feign ignorance into any issues you may report and try to avoid repairs as much as possible. This business was contracted to do work on a house adjacent to mine. I had no direct contact with the workers but they threw their sealant canisters squarely into my back yard and I also found some in the road. This is inexcusable, unnecessary, and incredibly childish. I contacted the owner after business hours who in our brief conversation was amicable, professional, and apologetic despite my frustration, and for that I give him credit.
