I called A&W back in the spring for a number of small issues---enough to justify a full day's work---but they were busy with construction projects. I tried again in May because this has been my go-to company for over 15 years. I was asked to email what needed to be done. I did, with photos. The reply said that if I didn't hear from them by the third week in June, I should call again. It doesn't work like that, and they never got back to me. I'm moving on. Horrible, reckless and constantly breaking laws.
Kim was an excellent source of info. The gentlemen who came out to do the work were skilled and nice. Fairly priced..on time...could not ask for more.
