I can't say enough good things about this company! They're really on the ball, prompt, professional & very knowledgeable. We reached out to them about getting a compressor installed. Peter called me back right away and had a tech out quickly. The tech was very nice and clearly experienced. He swiftly placed and plumbed the unit so my husband could run the electric and mount his hose reel. Peter followed up with us to make sure we were in good shape. This company, dropped the ball on my $20k order that was ‘placed’, at least on my end it was, on May 4th. It is now November and my 12 week order that I paid up front for is now over 6months old and I still don’t have a compressor. I have been told many reasons why, but not the truth. No ownership of the mistake whatsoever. I have other equipment at my shop adding up to $150k that is just sitting still not making me any money. Just costing me the monthly payment. Best in the business period!! Called had a tech same day! local family owned company with 3 techs in the area. They take care of my businesses in Chattanooga and Nashville! The salesman isn’t pushy and knows his stuff!! Didn’t try to push into buying immediately showed both options of repair and purchasing. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
