Canceled my membership because the brushes from the wash made scoff marks on the bumper but the car wash had again deducted money for the next month. Went over to the car wash asking for refund for the month of July and the worker gave me a receipt the the refund would be refunded back on my card and receipt showed a cash refund. Terrible wash just wet, you have to wash before you vac.
Not a good place their washing is- it broke my mirrors on didn't clean my rims.
I had a lot of dirt and it didn't come out completely clean. I asked to go through again and was told if I paid more they would have done pre-rinsing that would have gotten it clean. I get the upselling, but disappointing that they don't stand by a basic wash. I'm giving it 2-stars because I've used it before without problem, but I'll probably go somewhere else next time. PLEASE add another rinse cycle. Both myself and my partner’s car still had soap all down the back of our cars. My car looked as clean as the day I got it and this place is so convenient for us!! Thank you!☺️
