A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a subscription at this car wash, and during the whole month I was able to use it only once. Just a few days after buying the subscription, the car wash closed for repairs. You could have at least informed customers that you were closing, so we could purchase the subscription later and not pay for a service that is impossible to use. But no one said a word. I had just returned from a long trip when I visited this car wash, and I was extremely disappointed. I paid $14, yet my car was just as dirty as before the wash — the bugs on the hood and bumper were not cleaned off, and the rims were still dirty even though they were supposed to be included in the price I paid. Moreover, when I tried to clean the headlights myself with a brush outside, an employee came out and started yelling at me. I’m very dissatisfied and do not recommend this car wash. Just spent $20.00 truck is not clean at all. Even good is dirty, this wash needs big time help. Save your money.
