I hadn't had a professional haircut in 6 or 7 years and was nervous, but Myles made me comfortable and gave me the emo hair of my dreams! I've wanted this exact style before but other places never got it quite right. Myles instantly knew exactly what I was looking for. The salon is cozy and quiet and he was nice and easy to chat with. I hadn’t given myself the time or money to intentionally do my hair in years, and after many disappointing haircuts, I was honestly reluctant to trust anyone. Myles was knowledgeable, communicative, and made me feel comfortable enough to simply hand my hair over and say yes. He transformed my hair from heavy and tired to light and happy, and I left feeling genuinely different. I was more than pleased with both my cut and color.

Disaster! Myles Straga charged me over 300 for clip in extensions, he didn't color match them to my hair so instead put horrible unblended streaks in my hair. After spending over 1000 dollars he refunded under 300 dollars back. I am now left to pay someone else to fix and useless brand new extentions! Worst experience ever!

I was lucky enough to have won a service from Myles and it was a great experience all around! I am also in the beauty industry and it was nice to discuss experience and education with another pro. He gave me the colour I wanted and I left with product that ensured my colour would last. And it did! His line of Milkshake products smell divine. Highly recommend.
