Awesome 1st time experience!!! I'm very impressed and mad I'm just finding this organization. I was in and out in under 25 mins (NO LIE). 1st off, it was auper clean & smelled amazing. The front desk rep was holding down the front alone but he was still very professional and quick. I used to go to AID Atlanta but the wait time was #TeamTooMuch. This is definitely a gem on the Southside!!!
I’ve been to this clinic multiple times and I get treated very well by all staff.
Giving 2 stars because they do deserve some credit. The ease of going in and getting tested counts for something, and the people doing the testing are always extremely nice. However, they never call or email you with results. You have to call them and sometimes they act as if it’s an inconvenience to them, except it’s very well their job to do so.
Amazing service and work. Katrina is superstar.
