From my phone call to actually being a walk in same day. It was a smooth ride. Very professional and like being with family and friends at the same time type vibe. I was in and out in about 30 minutes maybe less than that. And yes it was a busy that day for them.
The service was fast, you get same day results for some test but the rest you will have to wait. Yes, it was free. However DeAndre made my service very comfortable for me & I really appreciate that.
Just because the results are negative doesn’t mean I don’t want to see it. I had to call them and then even after saying they’ll email you your results, they don’t always. They’re great people though, I just wish they actually called or at least emailed your results to you.
