I have been using Virtual Toast since our company went completely remote in 2020 and they have been fantastic for every single event! This last time we used them, a member of my team received his shipment and the ice had melted causing his cheese to go bad. After contacting Teddi, she resent his, as well as two others to members of my team who had some delivery delays as a precautionary step. My package came leaking, even UPS was like "you can refuse since box it is worped and leaking" upon opening the box everything was hot in temperature and wet... Meat, cheese fully melted and have over the top reservation about eating anything at this temperature that was this hot. I Don't understand how a company could think meats and cheese should stay in a box for days with one ice pack. I work in a corporate setting and I can't recommend this to anyone for future events because no one is going to eat this in the shape tha... read more

This was our first time doing a virtual company activity, so we were unsure of what to expect. Amy and her team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional from our first outreach all the way through our event date. The team makes it really easy and coordinates everything from contact info to dietary restrictions, ensuring every employee had an excellent experience.
